Don't call me dramatic, but renaming myalgic and Sufism to chronic fatigue. I'm the 80s is directly responsible for many deaths because it's a snowball effect, right? If somebody's experiencing chronic fatigue and they go to their doctor and their doctor doesn't know anything about myology and Sufism and they think chronic fatigue syndrome is the same thing as chronic fatigue as a symptom of another illness. And then they slap on chronic fatigue syndrome to this patient and so then this patient thinks they have MCEFS. And so then this patient starts doing things such as exercising and it improves their symptoms because they don't have myoclonic and the heart tonic, they have chronic fatigue as a symptom. And because this doctor doesn't know anything about myoclonic and the other one's know what PM is, then this person thinks that the PM they're experiencing is just being chronically fatigued and they're not actually experiencing PM because they don't know what PM really is because no one explained it to them because their doctor didn't even know what PM is. And so then this person starts to get better and then they go in the internet and they tell everyone they know, the way to cure chronic fatigue syndrome is by exercising or doing this or doing this. However, exercise in specific for people who are actually experiencing PM from my arthritis and fatigue, exercise can be deadly, straight up and if it doesn't kill you, it can permanently worsen your baseline and make you permanently bedbound for the rest of your life. And I'm not pulling this out of my ass. This is like fact. I recently had a nerologist who when I said I had ME, CFS, he said chronic fatigue syndrome and when I started to explain it or whatever and he was like he was pushing a sleep study on me for whatever whatever. And then he said, well, the main symptom of chronic fatigue syndrome is fatigue. No, it isn't. It's post-exertional malaise which isn't fatigue. It's a whole different thing. Fatigue is a symptom of post-exertional malaise, which is different. then regular fatigue. But these doctors don't know that. They literally don't know it. This was a doctor at a extremely highly ranked hospital in a very big city who's probably been working for 40 years. Anyway, um the campaign that I'm doing with spread good shops, I wanted to make a shirt that highlighted how to how to pronounce my olgic and stuff my latis, well also highlighting that it is not fatigue. and calling it, chronic fatigue syndrome is going to just make this cycle never end. The proceeds are going to the open medicine foundation. So this is a fund raiser. If you want some cute shirts and hats and sweatshirts and also donate directly to research for mygalgic andces. Not to chronic fatigue. Link is my bio.
