If you've been struggling with KP bumps, strawberry skin, or chicken skin, let me show you products that have been working for me and don't worry, they're all affordable. Starting with our in shower products first, I first have the Dove Sensitive Body Wash. I definitely think an unscented body wash is the way to go for your cleanse in the shower, especially if you're struggling with any sort of body acne, skin texture, whatever it might be. I think an unscented option is the best way to go. Now for a treatment body wash, I'm going to recommend the Naturium The Smoother Glycolic Acid Body Wash. I use this every single day because my skin can tolerate it. But if you can't, I would start with maybe two to three times a week. This has glycolic acid, so it's going to be an exfoliating, it's going to exfoliate the surface of your skin, remove any dead skin cells and help your skin turnover. Glycolic acid is really great for skin texture, so I definitely recommend checking this one out. Now, once you're out of the shower, the first treatment that I have is the KP Body Smoother Exfoliating Milk from Saltair. This is going to have 10% glycolic acid, 2% salicylic acid, and 5% urea. So this is a hydrating, exfoliating body milk. I don't recommend using this every single day. I think two to three times a week starting out and then moving up to every other day is perfectly fine. This is fragrance-free, but it does have a scent from all of the ingredients and the glycolic acid and the salicylic acid are going to boost your skin's cell turnover, and the urea in this is going to deeply hydrate the skin. Next, I have two body lotions that I wanna recommend. First, I have the EOS Sensitive Fragrance Free Body Lotion. This is super lightweight and absorbs really quickly into the skin. I think it's very sensitive-friendly, so if you struggle with body lotions, I definitely recommend this EOS one. And for a body lotion that has a little bit of extra in it, I'd recommend this one from Amlactin. This is the KP Bumps Be Gone 15% AHA cream. This has 15% lactic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy acid, so it's going to exfoliate the surface of your skin while hydrating it. This is a very thick texture, so it can be a little difficult to rub in. So what I like to do is pair this with either the exfoliating milk or do a light layer of the fragrance-free lotion and then go in with this. Let me know what your favorite product is for KP bumps.
