People don't understand that there's a direct link between confidence and testosterone. The higher the testosterone, the higher the confidence is, right? A lot of men, they should be told, especially grown up as young men, right? Because of the food that we consume, all of these GMOs, all this unnatural processed food, we have lower testosterone than in the early generations. And a lot of men because they don't have high levels of testosterone, don't naturally feel confident. So they feel like they have to go do things to prove that they are a man. So what happens is, at a young age, and this is how misogyny, patriarchy gets all into it as a young kid, right? You think that, oh, if I fuck a lot of women, I'm a real man. Like, oh yeah, like if I get a lot of money, I got like material shit, I'm a real man. Especially like if you don't have like a father figure or a grandfather or a dad in the household, you don't have any guidance. It's like you look at men on TV or social media and think, okay, like what do all these men have that make them so confident? Oh, they're confident because, oh, they have women. They have cars, they have jewelry. Okay, well, I'm in middle school. I'm in high school right now, I can't get cars, I can't get jewelry. Okay, well, I can fuck a lot of girls now. So that's the thing. So this is something that women don't understand.
