Some things I don't understand

Here are some things I don't understand. I don't want answers, I don't want you to correct me, I don't care. Number one, why no one has official observations in their passports when there's a section for official observations. I don't know anyone that has one. What is it that? Why life sentence in the UK isn't always a life sentence? Like what can we not rename it? Like 25 years or something like that? It seems more apt. How we can grow specially grown seedless fruit. This grape is seedless, but we regrow it, where's it coming from? How to spell? I just can't. Why TFL doesn't just charge me the amount the train costs when I tap out, and then if it goes over the limit, just doesn't charge me the extra for the rest of the journey. Why cropped or sleeve-less jumpers exist. The reason for a jumper is because you're cold, so you need more than one layer. So if you're cold, your shoulders, your arms, or your stomach are also going to be cold if you're wearing a cropped jumper. I don't understand. Why I can't rub pencil over paper if I've painted over it? Doesn't it just do the same thing? How they fit the ball in the end of a ballpoint pen. Why public transport isn't cheaper in the UK because when you look at other countries, it's like less than half the price. How soap works by like sliding dirt and germs off you, but like doesn't actually clean you, it just makes your hand like a slip and slide. That just doesn't sit right with me. And I don't understand. Why we have to clean machines that are designed for cleaning, like dishwashers and washing machines. Like I have to clean the cleaning machine? No. Sorry, weird. Why standing charges for bills exist? Why I'm not just paying for what it costs, but like an extra charge just so I can have the service, because no other industry does that. How glass in conservatories are self-cleaning, but normal windows aren't. And finally, why some people I find really funny and other people I don't. And they're just dumb. Are we like different?
