You don’t know what to journal about? Watch me. I'm gonna show you some options. Okay, let's go. First, we need to write the date. This is very important. It's the 14th today. Now I like when I don't know what to write about, think about my five senses. So I'll start with something that I've seen. Something I've tasted. Something I've touched. And something I've heard. It's that simple. What did I see? Well, I saw some very cute rabbits that were painted on the wall in the hospital today. So I'm gonna write about that. What did I taste? I bought some off-brand Aldi Oreos for my weekly future. And I think I had five of them in one go because they were so good. So I'm gonna write about that as well. What did I smell? I could smell this freshly mown grass this morning when I left my accommodation and it smelled wonderful. What did I touch? I chopped a courgette when I was cooking it and it felt a little bit funsy. And then what did I hear? I heard a lovely little quicky crackly sound of my courgette when I was frying it and that made me really happy. As well as one of the girls I'm studying with who was singing. What she was cooking and it was so sweet. And it made me really happy. So I'm gonna write about that as well. It's honestly that simple. Like it doesn't take a load if you don't know what to write about, and you can't think of anything. Use your usual five senses. And just jot down like one or two sentences. Like I've literally not got much space here, right? And I'm not gonna write loads. But I'm gonna write about that. It's such a simple, easy way to make journaling accessible and fun and achievable and a lot less pressure. So this is what I'd recommend.
