This is how much money I spend every month on my car as a financially responsible 25-year-old. First off, this car that I've always wanted as a kid, so the numbers don't really matter to me now. My down payment for this car when I got it was $20,000. My car payment on this thing every single month is $768 and my insurance for this car every single month is $266. Now, contrary to popular belief, this is a sports car, but it also does really well on gas. And a full tank for this car on 91 gas is only about $80 to $90 today, even with gas prices. And I pump roughly two times a month because I don't really drive out too much. So on gas, I spend about $150 to $200 every single month. Now, if you have a car and you like taking care of it, you need to get a car wash membership because individual car washes are $20. But if you get a Circle K car wash membership, and you guys both get to keep your car clean for only $45. So $1,279. If you were to ask me, even with all these expenses, would I go ahead and buy this same car? I would 100% in a heartbeat say yes because this is the best purchase that I have ever made.
