biggest problem with roofing that I used to have was I live in Texas so I would literally have a contract with people and spent money on supplementing jobs to get them paid properly and then they decided to go and chuck in a truck because he was taking care of their deductible. That blows my mind. That's why I got out the industry and now I'm a roofing partner. I thought to myself, why be the guy digging for diamonds and gold when I can be the guy selling the shovel to the people digging for diamonds and gold. You see?
