SO THIS MIGHT BE THE CRAZIEST STORY I HAVE IN IN FLORIDA, AND HE LIVES OUT UNFORTUNATELY, HIS WIFE PASSED AWAY, SO HE MOVED BACK UP WITH FAMILY. AND SO HE'S GOT A HOUSE HERE, THAT HE'S GOT TO GET A ROOF REPLACED ON IN ORDER TO SELL IT. SO TALK SO TALK TO HIM, UH, AND I WENT OVER ALL THE DETAILS WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE, AND GAVE HIM A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AFTER THE HOUSE. AND HE SAID, THAT SOUNDS GET A COUPLE MORE BIDS, AND I'LL AND SO, I GIVE SO I GIVE HIM A CALL IN A COUPLE DAYS AND DOESN'T IT ACTUALLY GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. AND SO I WAS LIKE, HUH? WELL, I CAN'T DO HE DIDN'T HAVE AN UM, HE'S 92 YEARS OLD. SO, GUY JUST KIND BUT THEN THIS PAST WEEKEND, I GET A VOICEMAIL I MISSED THE CALL, AND, HE SAYS, I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO START MY ROOF, AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM YOU. AND SO I WAS SUPER CONFUSED CAUSE WE LIKE, NO NOTHING. AND SO I CALL HIM BACK THE PHONE THE PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. UM, UM, I CALLED HIM A COUPLE TIMES AND HIS VOICEMAIL IS FULL, OBVIOUSLY. SO I CAN'T EVEN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, SEND A COUPLE SEND A COUPLE TEXTS AND THEN AND THEN TODAY HE CALLS ME BACK AND LIKE HOW ARE HOW ARE YOU? AND YOU GOT ANY YOU GOT ANY OF MY UH, MISSED CALLS OR MY TEXT? HE'S LIKE, I DON'T KNOW REALLY HOW TO USE THIS IT'S ALWAYS, PEOPLE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS SAYING THEY CAN'T GET A HOLD UM, UM, SO WE TALKED THROUGH WHAT WHAT HAPPENED? YOU GUYS WERE SUPPOSED TO START MY ROOF, UM, AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND YOU GUYS THE CHECK FOR THE DEPOSIT, AND YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME HOW AND WHO TO MAKE WHERE TO SEND WHERE TO SEND IT. AND I'M JUST LIKE, WELL, WELL, WE NEVER ACTUALLY AGREED THE JOB AND I NEVER ACTUALLY GOT YOU LIKE A CONTRACT OR ANYTHING, SO. WHAT ARE HE'S LIKE NO, YOU SAID YOU WERE GONNA DO THE ROOF FOR THOUSAND DOLLARS AND YOU NEEDED A 55 THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT MAIL TO YOU AND SO SO I WAS ABLE TO TALK DO YOU HAVE ANY, LIKE, KIDS OR ANYTHING? THEY KIND OF HELP YOU SOMETIMES LIKE, TECHNOLOGY. AND SO HE GAVE ME HIS DAUGHTER'S NUMBER, AND SO I WAS ABLE TO CALL THE DAUGHTER, AND I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO HER, GET EVERYTHING, HELP HER KIND OF BE CLUED INTO KIND OF WHAT'S NOT, HE'S NOT CAPABLE, TECHNOLOGY, UH, SOME FOLKS ARE BETTER WITH AND SO WE WERE ABLE TO GET HER EMAIL ADDRESS, SEND HER OVER A PROPER CONTRACT, PROPER PAYMENT TERMS, AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. AND GET THEM TAKEN CARE OF. BUT, UH, THAT WAS JUST ONE OF THE CRAZIEST IT WAS REALLY COOL. LIKE, I WAS LIKE, MAN, I THANK GOD THANK GOD YOU CALLED ME. WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED? SO IT'S A CRAZY

So this might be the craziest story I have in in Florida and he lives out unfortunately his wife passed away, so he moved back up with family. And so he's got a house here, that he's got to get a roof replaced on in order to sell it. So talk to him, uh, and I went over all the details with them over the phone, and gave him a price over the phone after the house. And he said, that sounds good. Let me get a couple more bids, and I'll and so, I give so I give him a call in a couple days and doesn't it actually goes straight to voicemail. And so I was like, huh? Well, I can't do he didn't have an um, he's 92 years old. So, guy just kind but then this past weekend, I get a voicemail I missed the call, and, he says, I thought you were supposed to start my roof, and I haven't heard anything from you. And so I was super confused cause we like, no nothing. And so I call him back the phone the phone goes straight to voicemail. Um, um, I called him a couple times and his voicemail is full, obviously. So I can't even leave a voicemail, send a couple send a couple texts and then and then today he calls me back and like, how are how are you? And you got any you got any of my uh, missed calls or my text? He's like, I don't know really how to use this. It's always, people people are always saying they can't get a hold um, um, so we talked through what what happened? You guys were supposed to start my roof, um, and I was supposed to send you guys the check for the deposit, and you were supposed to call me back and tell me how and who to make where to send where to send it. And I'm just like, well, well, we never actually agreed the job and I never actually got you like a contract or anything, so. What are He's like no, you said you were gonna do the roof for thousand dollars and you needed a 55 thousand dollar deposit check, um, mail to you and so so I was able to talk do you have any, like, kids or anything? They kind of help you sometimes with, like, technology. And so he gave me his daughter's number, and so I was able to call the daughter, and I was able to talk to her, get everything, help her kind of be clued into kind of what's not, he's not capable, technology, uh, some folks are better with it and so we were able to get her email address, send her over a proper contract, proper payment terms, and for a reasonable price. And get them taken care of. But, uh, that was just one of the craziest it was really cool. Like, I was like, man, I thank God thank God you called me. What would have happened? So it's a crazy
