I am of the belief that your instant coffee is not disgusting, you're just not making it right. So I'm going to show you exactly how I make mine because it just tastes so good. It tastes literally better than what you get at the coffee shop. Keeping it so simple today, we're just making a classic vanilla ice latte. I will continuously shot this from the rooftops. If you're not mixing your instant espresso, you are missing out. We're gonna start with one teaspoon of Cafe Bustelo. This is like our base, a little bit darker, a little bit richer, but it mixes really well with the Nescafé Gold. This is one to two teaspoons. I think I'm gonna do one today. I'm adding some ground cinnamon, technically vanilla, but it makes this a vanilla latte. I'm gonna add a little bit of salt. It really brings out the sweetness in the other ingredients. The Lakanto, this is monk fruit sweetener. It's a nice sugar alternative for the vanilla, I'm gonna add the sugar-free syrup. I'm gonna put two pumps in here, maybe three. Roughly three ounces of lukewarm water, not cold or hot. I always put less water than what is on the instructions because more water means it's gonna be a little bit watery and disgusting. We don't want that. Literally most important is the frother. This is what's going to keep it from being that watery, disgusting consistency. We're gonna do it for about five to ten seconds. We don't want to get too foamy though, just blend all the ingredients together. Gonna do ice next. Make sure you have enough room to keep milk. This is a latte, so there is more milk than espresso. Today we're doing Planet Oat. This is one of my favorite ones. This is the unsweetened version. Just fill it to the brim. Look, caramelly brown, golden brown. Perfect color. I want when I order a latte. It's so good. Perfect vanilla latte.
