If you are somebody that has never drank tea before, but you really want to get into it because you've heard about all the health benefits that it has. This is everything that I would tell you. In the morning, the first thing I would absolutely prioritize is having green tea. Now, if you can handle caffeine, I would definitely do the full caffeine version, but if you can't, do decaf it's fine. You could do something like a loose leaf, and get one of these steel balls. Or you can do just regular tea bag. There's this thing that I'm not necessarily subscribe to. I would drink this after breakfast, not on an empty stomach. Just trust me on this one. In the afternoon, after lunch, I would prioritize a ginger tea. Ginger is amazing for digestion, so I love having it after a big meal. Like lunch. There you can get the loose leaf option. This has lemongrass and ginger, which I think compliments ginger the best. Or a box version. This one has peach and also turmeric. And at nighttime, this is when you wanna make sure that you have herbal tea. Make sure that there's no caffeine. That chamomile or peppermint in it, that really helps you wind down. I'm, this is the one that I'm having right now. This is the Simply Cinnamon Apple. It's so good and yummy and it has chamomile. Or you could just do something fun that has a really nice flavor. This is like blueberry merlot. Tastes like blueberry muffin. So delicious. I know all types of tea. I'm always looking for new flavors.
