The hardest battles are the ones no one sees. This is probably the most emotional video in my gallery. I was lying alone in a hospital bed, trying so hard to stay strong. But sometimes, no matter how hard you fight, the emotions become too heavy to carry. I wasn’t crying because I was afraid of cancer. I was crying because I missed my wife. I wanted her beside me. I wanted to hold her hand. In that moment, all I could think was, “What if I don’t make it home?” Cancer doesn’t just attack your body.
