Once full of life… now fighting just to get through each day. The weight is gone. The strength, mental peace, and happiness slowly disappeared too—replaced by pain, hospital beds, medications, a stoma, anxiety, and uncertainty. Once a healthy person who could walk for hours… now I can’t even walk for 5 minutes without feeling exhausted. Life changed in ways I never imagined.
