Wondering what life at 17 hundred is actually like? Let me give you a tour. I know you guys obviously want to see what's going on inside, so let me show you. If you're independent like me and you're going solo, then the regular option is definitely for you. It also comes with a fully furnished bedroom with a bed, a desk and ample storage. And trust me, it comes with enough space. And if that's not enough, I've got you for storage. And if you're social, then maybe the roomies is for you. The roomie is a shared room between two roommates. It comes with a bed and then a convenient desk space for both roommates. And then a lot of closet space for all of your clothes. Bathroom. We do not need a communal bathroom. You can feel right at home here. You don't need to be sharing with 20 people. We're only sharing a bathroom with two people max. Full Kitchen. Stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, dining table. It also comes with the kitchen so you can cook up your late night instant noodles. And it comes with lots of living space. Amenities: Gym, Study Spaces, Laundry On site. There's also a gym on site to help you unwind because taking care of your body is really important. And there are designated study spots to help us lock in. No, but like seriously though, because I cannot study in my room. Games Room. The best part is the people. They have so many cool events and socializing opportunities for the perfect school life balance. So Durham College, Ontario Tech students, can you picture yourself living here?
