Iowa's most unique dining experience is hidden right off I-80 🤯

I'm not even exaggerating when I say this is hands-down the best meal I've had all year. If you’re looking for a genuinely unique farm-to-table experience, you have to check out LT Organic Farm Restaurant in Waukee. It's tucked away right off I-80, only five minutes from West Des Moines, Iowa, and the vibe is so peaceful. They serve this beautiful sampler plate that completely redefines eating the rainbow: a mix of Indian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean flavors, and every single thing on the plate is grown right there on the property. The meat was literally falling off the bone. Also, one of the coolest things they do that I haven't seen anywhere else: you can actually have them custom-grow, plant, and harvest a specific list of produce and spices (like fresh cilantro) just for you, and then you just come pick it up throughout the season.
