Yo, we are back looking for the best restaurants in Pennsylvania and we hit the jackpot today because we are at Dan Dan in Philadelphia. They feature Sichuan and Taiwanese cuisine. It was so delicious. I can't wait to get into this food. My friend Nicole who lives in Philly said that this is a hidden gem. You guys should let me know in the comments. The menu is huge. There are so many different options and of course, they have some specials on their little side menu. Let's get straight into the spread. Of course, we're getting Dan Dan noodles. We're at a place called Dan Dan. And then we also got their salt and pepper chicken. This is it right here. It was so crispy, super light. The bite on it was insane and obviously, it was super flavorful as well. I'm not sure what exactly they used to fry it, but it was bomb and I will be back for it because it was delicious. This was, of course, their Dan Dan noodles. I got gluten-free not because I have celiac, but just because I wanted to try the gluten-free. They were so good. Very delicious. The standard regular Dan Dan noodles also fire. The only thing I would say is I wanted a little bit more sauce. Also tried their spring rolls, super crispy, super delicious. Everything you would want out of a fried spring roll, you know. We also tried their garlic lamb dish that came with a side of rice. This was phenomenal, super flavorful and everything came out so fast. And also the prices were insane. Each of us got a Dan Dan noodle and it was only around $11 per dish. Ultimately, very affordable, very flavorful. Let me know where we should go next!
