should I postpone going to Tokyo in August?

I've been hearing a lot of opinions that going to Tokyo in August is literal hell. When I say I would rather literally stay at work the whole day in the air con than go outside because you can't have fun. This is just not the right weather. Look at me, I'm like just walking from my lunch break, my face is all red. Need like the umbrella and the fan combo and even then it's just it's miserable. I don't know, I would hate it if this was my holiday. Just wait until October.
