The University of Ghana might be the hardest university to gain admission into this year. And it's probably not because your results are not good enough. The University of Ghana has indicated that it plans to reduce undergraduate admissions this year. Yes, in the way they are planning for 2026, was candidates. I'm coming. Well, the goal is to improve the student to teacher ratio in the school. Because they're going to find us. So much. So according to Professor Gordon, who is the Pro Vice Chancellor for student and academic affairs, the number of students admitted this year is expected to be less than the number of students graduating. What does that mean? Simple. Fewer admission slots, but thousands of applicants still competing for them. Getting into Legon this year could be more competitive than ever. And this is where many students make a mistake. They think, make good grades, I'm safe. Ha! Your program choices, you. Your program choices, you and how you arrange them on your application could make a huge difference to your chances of getting admitted. This is exactly what I've been teaching the students I coach because admission isn't only about grades. It is also about making smart application decisions. So if you're applying to the University of Ghana this year, don't leave your program selection to chance. Use the link in my bio if you need any help on this.
