Hey everyone, so CVS is currently hiring and I found a 100% remote work from home opportunity with this company. This is a beginner-friendly role and they are hiring in multiple locations across the US. A beginner-friendly and entry-level role that's very easy to qualify for. And if you're interested in this position, I would go ahead and save this video and apply quickly because they are accepting applications all the way up to August 5th. So if you want to know more about the company, the glassdoor rating, the job, what all it involves and how you can stand out as a candidate applying to this job and where you can find this job online, stay tuned for the details. So CVS Health is one of the largest healthcare companies in the US. They operate pharmacy, health insurance, services, clinics and healthcare solutions. The specific role that I'm sharing today is with Omnicare, which is their long-term care pharmacy division. They provide services to places like nursing homes, assisted living facilities and long-term care communities. So the customers are not the typical retail pharmacy customers that you're dealing with in this position. You are primarily helping residents, family members, caregivers and healthcare facilities with different questions like their billing, insurance questions, why is the bill showing a certain medication, what charge was denied, you're basically fixing the billing, the insurance and the payment issues for their customers. So the day-to-day responsibilities look like customer support where you are answering calls from their residents, family members, your explaining account information, checking billing questions and resolving payment issues. You're also reviewing insurance information, checking the billing for accuracy, verifying payments and so forth. So this job is a great fit for anyone who has any background with call center experience, healthcare customer service experience, medical billing experience, or even if you're coming from an administrative background, this is great for you. So for their requirements, they're only asking for one year of high volume call center experience, healthcare customer service experience, or one year of healthcare billing experience, as far as the education is concerned. So you know that your resume is really important when you apply to these jobs. It's your introduction, it's your way of getting that interview. So you have to be very careful about how you structure your resume, especially now where companies are using a lot of AI systems to screen out candidates. So keywords are very important. I mentioned that before, but if you want to know what high-powered keywords you should use within your resume, I will include a screenshot here as well as some helpful information in the comment section down below. It's very important to put these in so that you can market yourself as a valuable candidate, someone who's worth taking a second look at. So it's an awesome opportunity, this job here, it's definitely one that flies very quickly because they're constantly hiring and people get in and they shut down the job applications as quickly as they did. So if you were interested in applying to this role, you would head on over to their official website, jobs.cvshealth.com and look for the job function, Customer Service Representative. They have multiple locations that they are hiring in right now, but they are quickly closing down the applications August 5th. So make sure to hurry up and apply, make sure your resume is up to date. If you have any questions concerning the job application, standing out, your resume, I would love to answer those questions. So let us know in the comment section down below.
