Frugal habits that should be normal but aren't. Frugal 31 year old. There's a fine line between being frugal and cheap. And these ones are actually worth doing. First, pimple patches. Most people will resort to these expensive pimple patches that are about £9 at Boots instead. The frugal hack here is to get a large hydrocolloid patches and what you'd actually cut them. You could just put them on. It is the exact same material as these pimple patches. You can get a large roll of this for £8 instead of paying for this and you only get 22 pieces. Second, fabric softeners and scent boosters. They smell good, but they do leave a residue on your clothes that can actually impact how long your clothes last. If you wanna spray a perfume instead. Third, is not aesthetic, but it does really help you save money. Cutting your kitchen rolls. Most of the spills that we deal with are not large enough to justify a whole piece of kitchen paper. This honestly just makes the kitchen roll last twice as long. Fourth is buying medicine instead of brand of medicine. Store branded is the same as branded.
