Firstly I don't have anything against using Claude but the problem I have with Claude is the usage limits. So for instance today I needed to prepare a document and I tried using Claude and you know what? I didn't even get a response because it hit the usage limit and told me it will reset at 10:7 PM. I needed the document now. The difference with ChatGPT is of course it's got a flat rate. So if you're on the free version or in the paid version, you don't hit a usage limit. And I think this is why most people prefer ChatGPT.
