Okay so I just watched this YouTube short that just basically changed my entire life. There's basically a group of doctors that was given a lung scanner. And in the lung scan there was a picture of a gorilla attached inside the lungs, blended in. Now these doctors, they're objective, mind you they're doctors, their objective is to find the cancer cells in the lungs. And as they were looking, they could not see that there was a big picture of a gorilla attached into the lungs. What does this say about us as people? It doesn't matter how amazing, professional, strong, smart you are. At the end of the day, the things that you focus on are the only things that you perceive in life. So you could be the most talented, most profound, most professional, most smart individual. But if you don't see that in yourself and you only see someone who's anxious, you only see someone who overthinks, you only see someone that fails over and over again. That's what your reality is. That's what you see. Sometimes brain rot is actually good for your brain.
