The employee who outworks everyone, never misses a day, gets more done than anybody else… and somehow still manages to make the entire office want to hide when they walk in. As a business owner, what do you do? Keep the hardest worker you’ve ever had, even if they’re driving people away? Or fire them and risk losing the person who sets the standard for everyone else?
