Let's get one thing straight. You already know you need a caloric deficit to burn off those love handles. But here's the brutal truth nobody told you. If you only lose fat without training your obliques, you won't look aesthetic. You'll just look like a deflected version of yourself. Same shape, less fat. To get that tight, sculpted waist, you must build muscle underneath. I'm gonna give you three exercises that pull your waistline in. Pay close attention. 99% of guys do these completely wrong and it's actually making their waistline wider. And at the end, my fat loss tips that actually work. No cheap tricks, zero excuses. No. 3 Russian Twists. No, you don't have to be Russian to do these. You just have to be good at suffering. Because it builds rotational power in your obliques. So your waist doesn't just look good, it actually gets strong. Sit on the floor, knees bent. Lean back about 45 degrees. Now clasp your hands together and twist. Right, left. Right, left. Right, left. That's it. But wait. This is where 99% of people get it wrong. You're not twisting. You're waving your hands side to side. Your shoulders are turning, but your abs are fast asleep. That's not a twist. That's swatting invisible flies. The twist comes from your waist. Rotate your chest, not your arms. And slow down. Control every twist. Feel that squeeze on your sides. Wanna level up! Lift your feet off the floor. Your core is balancing your entire body by itself. Congratulations, you are officially a human seesaw. How many reps? Keep twisting until both sides are on fire. The moment your form breaks, you're done. No. No. 2 Bicycle Crunches. No, you don't need a bicycle. Your body is the bicycle. And the bad news is you're also the engine. Why this move works Because it does two jobs at once. The crunch and the twist. Your obliques and your six packs both working at the same time. Double punishment, one ticket. Lie on your back. Hands behind your head. Your right elbow toward your left knee. Right leg out. Then switch. Left elbow, right knee. Like pedaling. That's it. But here's the real problem. You're yanking your neck. Stop pulling your neck. It's a jammed door. Your neck did nothing wrong. It's your abs job, not your neck's. Elbow goes to the knee, neck stays relaxed. And slow down. I know going fast feels like you're doing more. You're not. All that flailing you're lying down arguing with someone. Pause for one second on every twist. Feel that squeeze on your side. The slower you go, the more it burns. And the more it burns, the more it works. When you extend that leg, extend it all the way. No half pedaling. Don't leave at a 50% discount. How many reps. Forget counting. You pedal until your abs catch fire and the brakes stop working. The only finish line here is failure. No. 1 Dumbbell Side Bends. Sounds like the easiest one on this list. But do it wrong and this is the exercise that makes your waist wider. Why this move? Because it targets your obliques directly. Done right, it pulls the sides in. Grab one dumbbell, just one, medium weight. Load books, or grab a water jug. Tell the difference. Your obliques can't tell the difference. Hold the weight in one hand side. Other hand behind your head. Now slowly bend toward the weight, then pull yourself back up using the opposite oblique. That pull is the whole exercise. Going down is free, coming up is where you earn it. But here's where 99% of people get it wrong. They grab two heavy dumbbells and swing side to side. That's not an exercise. That's a pendulum. The two weights cancel each other out. Your obliques do nothing. And heavy weight makes your obliques grow thick. To shrink it, and you built it bigger instead. Only your waist bends. Your whole body. Legs straight, hips locked. Go slow. Every rep. Stretch that side. Squeeze it back. One side. Done. Switch hands. Both sides get equal treatment. No favourites. How many reps. Here's the secret. Lightweight high reps, heavy builds bulk. Light builds shape. Keep bending until that side is on fire. The moment your form breaks, you're done. Before you go, here's the fat loss tip I promised. And it's not eat less. You already know that. Here's what nobody told you. Your weekend is killing your progress. You diet perfectly Monday to Friday, create a 2000 calorie deficit, then Saturday and Sunday you relax a little and wipe out the entire week in two dinners and a brunch. That's why the scale hasn't moved in months. You're not failing the diet. You're only running it five days out of seven. Fix your weekend, and those love handles finally start losing the fight. Do these exercises 3 times/week. Guard your weekends, rest well. And if you're serious about your body, hit that subscribe button.
