5 DAY ITINERARY ROATAN, HONDURAS

If you're planning a trip to Roatan, then save this post for the perfect 5-day itinerary for your trip. On day one, you'll check into your hotel and then start off the trip by going on a night snorkel tour. Night snorkeling in Roatan is a must because you get to see things you don't usually see during the day. On our snorkel tour, we saw lobster, octopus, and a pufferfish. Day two, you'll spend the day at West Bay Beach. This is the best beach in Roatan and it's good for snorkeling. It also has a lot of beachfront restaurants and water activities like parasailing and banana boat rides. Day three, you can book a catamaran cruise to do some more snorkeling or you can go diving, which is what Roatan is really known for. Day four, book a tour to go zip lining through the jungle and if you're lucky, you might even see some monkeys hanging out in the trees. Day five, spend the day in West End. This is a much more local beach but it's a good place to do some shopping and try some local restaurants. It also has this boat out in the bay that you can swim to and swing off of the rope.
