I on inventory, getting things in inventory of all the things that I have hundreds of. So I'm looking at some toys, some train sets. All unused originals from inside my grandfather's dept store. I've got to figure out what I'm going to do with them. If I am going to just online, strictly sell them online, find the right collectors for them. Always, I always look so sweaty when I'm working here. Sorry. It's kind of gross. Far Christmas lights, toys, clothing, radio, transistor radio, Hosiery, that spin tops, lots and lots and lots of diecast cars. Yeah. So, so stay tune. I'm gonna try to get through as much as I can.

Today I’m taking inventory of the categories I have in abundance, not just counting pieces, but trying to understand the market for each one. Who collects it? Who wears it? Where are those buyers shopping? Should it go online, wholesale, vintage shows, or somewhere else entirely? Every category has its own audience, pricing strategy, and story. With thousands of untouched vintage pieces spanning decades, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Building this business isn’t just about uncovering incredible vintage, it’s about making sure each piece finds the right home. The research never stops… and that’s one of my favorite parts.
