My shameful coffee secret is that I’ve never really enjoyed americanos but these… these I can get behind. 100g ice 60g / 2oz water Double shot of espresso Add all the ingredients to a steaming pitcher. Insert the steam wand head into the pitcher, leaving it near the surface. Turn on the steam wand and pull air into the drink for 10-15 seconds or until the ice is almost entirely melted. The outside of the steam pitcher should still be cool to the touch. Pour the finished drink into a cup to enjoy. If you want it to be cold rather than cool, add fresh ice to your cup.
