Nashville, we need to revisit this condo because I still cannot get over the fact that there's a condo sitting in the middle of downtown Nashville that just casually comes with a 900 square foot basement. And let's be real, this space alone is bigger than some downtown apartments. So if I lived here, I'd personally turn this into a really cool home office or a gym or maybe even both. You could do a music studio or, I mean, honestly, you could just leave it as a ton of extra storage down here. And since this is walkable to everything, this would also make an excellent guest room since, you know, your place is going to be the place to be for anybody that wants to go to concerts or just hang out downtown in general. And I know what you're thinking, no, this cannot be an Airbnb. We've gotten that question so, so much. But honestly, I would rather have this whole space to myself. It is a one bed, one and a half bath condo upstairs. There is a cute little patio outside. And because this is downtown Nashville, we need to address everyone's least favorite activity, finding parking. But don't worry, she comes with gated parking. And it is right on the other side of this patio. So if you have an electric vehicle, there are some charging options. I know I keep yapping about this basement, but the condo upstairs is actually pretty big. It's almost 1100 square feet. It has a one and a half bath. Here's the bathroom, which is really nice. You can access it from both the hallway and the bedroom. So that way your guests aren't having to walk into your bedroom to use the bathroom. I'm also obsessed with this exposed brick and this location that literally people fly across the country for. So it definitely has its perks.
