Look at some point I'm going to have to stop making giant bull dog mozzarella deep fried spring rolls. But at that point ain't today. And I had the most genius idea. I'm gonna crumb it with Doritos. I'm thinking I'm just gonna put it in here and hope for the best. I did not expect that to happen, but all the cheese coating like separated. I have my bulldog. I'm gonna add some mozzarella cheese in here because I really want the cheese pull. And I feel like the best way to do that is to make sure the cheese is really evenly distributed inside the bulldog mix. Whoa. It's giving science guys. These rice papers have taken me really far in life so far. I think I'm gonna do four so that it can be a really big burrito. Rice papers laid down. I'm gonna bend you down so you can see. And then a little bit of cheese on the bottom. And go on with my bulldog mixture. Then a little bit more cheese on top. You know, if I don't have a cheese pull, I'm gonna be annoyed. Two freaking good. Look at that. We're gonna put her to the side and prepare our creaming station. We're gonna go flour and one. We're gonna put our Dorito dust on another. And then a couple of eggs. And now we crumb. So we go egg, flour, egg, and then Dorito. There she is. Oh my god. It's time to deep fry her. So good. Go to part two if you want to see me eat it. And I know you do.
