This is probably the most unhinged sourdough flavor that I've tried, and I've made a lot of unhinged flavors. As you can see, we're making Buldak Carbonara Ramen sourdough bread. This will probably piss a lot of people off, but you know, I'm just having fun, guys. I really am. All right, so now we're going to pour more of this Buldak Carbonara hot sauce. Yeah. I just wanted to use some of this because I wanted it to really taste like Buldak. And of course, I made the Buldak Carbonara ramen. I made this like half an hour ago, so it's not piping hot. So now that it's cooled off, we're going to put some more on top. Now I'm going to add some green onions on top and some cubed mozzarella cheese. Okay, this is a lot of filling, so we'll see how Dorita bakes. I am like actually super excited to see how this tastes. Look how big Dorita is. Now we're going to stitch her up so she doesn't explode. All right, you guys already know we're going to cover Dorita up and let her rest in the fridge and we'll bake her tomorrow.
