Hey, so welcome to Star command. This is my planner system. So just quickly, this is my. This is where anything that I focused on or to just. I keep updates on my important dates, things like that at a quick glance. This right here is the command centre. Anytime I have an idea, a thought, notes, that all goes in here. end of the week, I go through the command centre and I sort everything to where they need to go. These right here are my overall goals. So I'll just keep only three overall goals in here for the week, the month, or whatever. um, that helps me determine what needs to go in today and what needs to get finished this week. So, of course, section, today's section is where you have that I need to get done today. Self explanatory. This right here is my rhythm. So basically, any of the things that I do reoccurring basis. And these are a blue card. So basically, um, gardening. my morning routine, evening routine, um, when I need to work out, um, cleaning the washing my hair, laundry. Basically all the things that I do reoccurring on a regular basis. Um, what I have in this a collection of some of my rhythms have to get of the week, and then, um, they'll eventually make their way up to the today part as I get them done and completed. This right here is basically the bread and butter of this whole entire system, because I personally think in projects more than dates. So this right here, I call them my operations. I see what needs to be done as, like, a snapshot. It has my mission phases and what I need to complete. Um, it starts off with an idea card. And basically my idea is, planning and behind it has each phase the things that get done. So when I decide that, hey, one of my be able to accomplish this project or something like that I will then take these white cards, which are my action cards, and they will get moved to the this week's folder, and then, um, I can delegate from there what days I would be able to get this list completed. Same for every single project that I have. Um, the department is basically any aspect of my life. This is still a work in progress, so there's nothing here yet. So what I'm thinking in the department section is going to be, like, personal life, um, fitness goals, um, things that I need to, like, get updated. Um, around the house, just random things. That I would otherwise forget, but separated into the different facets of my life. So even something as like, oh, I need to repaint this room, basically anything. I'll be on and it won't become an action item until I know that I have the time or if I budget in, budgeted in the ability to do that particular task. This right here is the waiting room. So anytime there's out of my control, like I am waiting for a delivery, I have sent out an email to a supplier or something like that about what needs to come back, or I'm just waiting on an answer, I'll just put it in there. And if I don't receive an answer by the end of the week, when I go through here, I'll need to reach and see what's going on with that particular situation. Is the incubator. Anytime I have an idea, um, that goes on like, little pink my idea, um, when I separate it out from the command centre, will come to the incubator. If I decide that it is worth the time and effort to start developing it. will then from there start adding different things, um, to determine whether a full on operation that I want something that, like, I've greenlit, I want to do, but it is not a fully developed idea yet. Which brings us to this section, which is take off or blast which is why So when I sort things from the command centre, they will initially go to this file right here. And from the take off thing, I would determine whether or not it moves forward into the incubator where I further develop this idea. Or if I put it back in here, where it's just an idea, like something that's really long term, like, um, I wanna write and publish a book. it will go back in this file right here, to stay an idea until I clear my projects and I have the ability to work on it. This right here, is basically my daily log where I write what is and isn't working, or notes on what is that I need to fix. Because this is a new system for me. So I think keeping a one or two lines card, um, on what is and isn't working. about the system, and then figuring out whether or not it needs to be changed like, a month of doing this, would be pretty helpful. This is for anything that I remember. So basically an archive. Things I don't wanna forget. here is a shopping list. I'll just keep a running tab of, um, things I need to shop for. it separated based off of the different, uh, said before. my personal list, my groceries, um, if it's fun things that I saw and I want to buy. Or even if it's something for, um, uh, business or that I want to do. So this is of how all the tabs are there. makes sense. Let you have any questions.
