Alrighty, let's review. This is Star Command, my index card planner. And one of the first things that you'll probably notice is that it does not have any monthly, week or dated cards. Or dated cards. Because my brain works more in projects. So the first tab here is the dashboard, if you know. The second tab behind that is going to be the command centre. Everything starts in the command centre and then gets pushed out where it needs to go, depending on what my goals are. After that, there goes my goals. I will use these goals to determine what goes in my today tab and determine whether it fits towards me achieving those goals. After that is my rhythms, and those are any of the tasks that I do on a routine basis, daily, weekly, whatever. Then there's the this week tab, which is pretty self explainable. Then after that, we have the projects tab. This is the bread and butter of the system. I can do a separate video on that later. Then I have departments. This is where I separate it the different facets such as health and wellness, fitness, business, etcetera. Is the waiting room. This is anything that I cannot control, it is out of my hands. The next 3 are the incubator, the take off and the idea tab. Anytime I have an idea in the command centre, it will start off in the take off tab. Whether or not I want to move on with it determines where it goes next. It'll either move forward to the incubator where I further flesh out that idea, or it'll move back to the idea tab where it stays an idea until I can move it forward. This part is new. I have the captain's log and it is a 3x5 craft paper notebook going to record the day, any notes on what doesn't need to change. And I thought be a better having a note card sit there every single day. And I feel it will add a little less bulk to the planner. We'll see. It's just something that and I think the things that this system. Um, after that is the archive, so anything I just don't wanna forget. And that is my shopping tab.
