This is the best wine in the entire world and I learned about it when I went to Paris last year. It is called Chablis. Not many people know about this here in the US. If you live in Arizona, they do serve it by the glass at the Global Ambassador, but it is the best white wine I've ever had. I am not a white wine girly either. I am a red wine girly and this is just the perfect blend of dry, sweet, crisp. I mean, you cannot go wrong with a bottle of Chablis.
