Let's talk about everything that I learned from the speakers at Shelby Sapp's Women and Wealth Event. I have part one uh that I filmed earlier. This is part two, so all speakers after lunch today. First was Ariel Pride. So I really appreciated how much she spoke about God during her presentation. She has an incredible story and she talked about low ticket, which was fascinating because you would think because of Shelly and her background that everything would be about high ticket. Couple things that She said that I wrote in my notebook that I took away is, "lock in so hard that when they talk about you, it sounds crazy, that actually made me giggle. I love that. Second is, they can't stop what God started. So she really talked about how when you feel like you're meant for something, you are and nobody can get in your way if God puts that purpose on you. And how important it is and this goes to younger girls if you're listening to this, you've got to try things to understand what it is that you're supposed to be doing, but you also have to be smart enough to stick to that one thing that you notice is your better path. But you can't get there unless you try things. And if you have a casual approach to success, it's going to get you casual results. Now, because I love you guys, I wrote down the blueprint for a low ticket offer. One is you have to have one clear person that you're speaking to. That goes with anything really, guys. Any product, personal brand. Number two is one real problem that you are solving. And number three is consistent organic visibility. So, she said anywhere from $7 to $97 is a low ticket item. Anything under seven, people are like, what, that's cheap. Anything over 97 really makes some think before buying. So, she also talked about because she's so big on social, three ways that content sells, one trust content two community content and three controversy content. And I agree as a personal brand strategist, she's spot on with that. Next with Dr. Sonia. I've never heard of her until I came to this event and what she did with the crowd was insane. She had everybody stand up, like run to the stage, she brought people up on stage. Like there are so many ways that she interacted with the audience that she actually had a standing ovation at the end. But what she really talked about was uh 10 commandments of being an empowered woman. So everything was about designing her. So her promise was that everybody that was in that room would walk out a different person. And she was right. I mean, she had a lot of really important things that she said, but her approach was a little too aggressive for me if I'm being honest and I'm a very aggressive person. So for me to say that is is big, but she's incredible. She's done 28 million. I mean, what she said was factual. and I really liked her take on just nobody is like you. Next was Solid Core founder. If you guys know, Ann, oh. Um, she started off by saying life isn't fair and that should not matter. That some people are just born at third base. And that's okay. shouldn't matter. Now, if you want success, you need to act like it before you have it, which I feel is a good reminder for all of us. Now, this is where she really caught my attention. She talked about six questions you must ask to win at scaling. Uh these I I've never heard somebody put it this way so I'm me read all six to you because it definitely rewrites something in my brain. Number one is, what is your end game and how do you work backwards? Again, these are six questions you must ask to win at scaling. Number two, do you have a repeatable ecosystem that works regardless of the size. Number three, does the team member expectation match the decision making authority? Next, are you building viable processes and systems? Next, what do you need to do differently than everyone else? And lastly, are you willing to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines. She talked about how she never missed a deadline when she was opening up solid cores. And then if she did once, then it would affect cash flow and her cash, which yeah, it would. Um next was Alicia Little who talked about AI systems and you guys I love AI. I have turned myself into AI. I sell JPMorgan AI and she was talking about some different settings in your chat GPT to keep you protected. So share a couple with you. Number one is under data controls, turn off model for everyone. So this is where chat GPT actually doesn't have permission now to give your information away. So that was big because mine was turned on. So yeah, I go turn yours off. Um the next thing was telling chat to work like a $10,000 an hour employee to work like a a lawyer like if you're asking it a legal question, like to go into those modes to give you better answers. So I would say the first part of today's speakers were definitely better in my opinion. Um second half were good. I would say my favorite was solid core founder and then the girl at the end talking AI systems, but I can't wait to see who is next up tomorrow because I'm I I've just been so impressed with this event. So stay tuned.
