5 things I do
every single sunday
to make my week
flowwwwwww easier
I don't do an all-day reset
every sunday (or really,
most sundays. maybe
once a month)
instead, I choose to enjoy
my weekend and I
dedicate ~60 minutes
to my version of a sunday reset
I call this my 60 Minute
Sunday System
I've been doing this since
the beginning of this year
and it has CHANGED MY
LIFE
I start by brain dumping
EVERYTHING in my head.
This is how I close the mental
loops that popped up
throughout the weekend
pen to paper >>>>>
I review my calendar for any
commitments coming up
during the week.
Whether it's meetings, events,
or any time that I need to
physically be somewhere, I
make sure it's on my calendar
(or else I will literally forget
about it)
then I plan out my entire week in
Notion!
I have a custom Notion template
that helps me set goals, map my
most important tasks, and organize
my days into focus blocks
Notion planner
will be available
so so so so so soon!!!!!
I also schedule my
workouts for the week
in advance, and make
sure they are on my
calendar!!
This way I can always
get into the classes at
the times and with the
instructors that I like
It also makes it easier
for me to plan my work
blocks around them so I
can fit everything in
The last step of the process is
cleaning up my space
I keep my space clean 99% of
the time, but on Sundays I like
to run my sheets, clean my
floors, and make sure
everything is in order
