I used to dread Sundays but having a reset routine is key to having a more productive week ahead. So here are the five things I do every week during the work week. 1. An everything workout. Sometimes my workouts fall flat so Sundays are when I go harder. It's the physical reset before the mental one. Then a grocery run. 2. Grocery restock. Stock fridge removes at least one decision from every day this week. I check in on my 3. Check my Charles Schwab investment accounts. I started a few years ago and it felt overwhelming at first I didn't think I had enough to get started but I just started anyway. Now it's part of every reset. You really don't need a lot of money to get started and Schwab could be great for first time investors. 4. Run laundry in the background.
