I used to dread Sundays but having a reset routine is key to having a more productive week ahead. So here are the five things I do every week during the work week. 1. An everything workout. Sometimes my workouts fall flat so Sundays are when I go harder. It's the physical reset before the mental one. Then a grocery run. 2. Grocery restock. Stock fridge removes at least one decision from every day this week. I check in on my 3. Check my Charles Schwab investment accounts. I started a few years ago and it felt overwhelming at first I didn't think I had enough to get started but I just started anyway. Now it's part of every reset. You really don't need a lot of money to get started and Schwab could be great for first time investors. 4. Run laundry in the background. Laundry's running the background boring but future me is always grateful. Last thing I map out my week for work and life. 5. Map out your week ahead. Once it's on paper the week stops feeling like it's happening to me. I am a client of Schwab and was compensated for my comments.
