How much do you need to live in Miami? I wouldn't want to live anywhere near Miami for less than $10,000 a month. $10,000 a month? Yeah, I think that's a good answer because I think that um rent is probably gonna start around 2 to 3k maybe in like Edgewater. Like good luck in Brickell. Like you're not living in Brickell, you're not living uh in downtown for for you know less than 5 to 6k you know. Even for like some of these shitty one or two bedroom apartments. And then you have your car payment, you have groceries and you know God forbid you want to put away a single dollar uh in your savings account then it's just not it's not worth living here, you know? And I see a lot of people who have um this online income uh you know they start making a little bit of money and they move to Miami. It's like why? You don't need to be here. There's no no reason for that whatsoever. You might as well live somewhere uh with a super low cost of living and put some money away.
