Everything I spent in May: As a 28 y/o business owner living in Miami

Everything I spent in the month of May as a 28-year-old entrepreneur living in Miami. Starting with rent, I spent $6,400, that includes utilities and an actual parking spot. For my car payment, I spent $2,850 including insurance. For my peptide and supplement stack, I spent $988. Eating out and coffee, I spent $932, which I personally enjoy going at least once a week to a nice restaurant. It's like a treat to myself. And additionally, I always like walking somewhere in the morning to get my steps in and my sunlight and I drink a coffee. For groceries, I spent $779. For clothing and shopping, I spent $1,330, which is actually pretty good for me. If you know me, I like to shop, I got way too many clothes and way too many shoes, but I had to go to a wedding in Turks, so you know I had to get some new drip. For the gym, I spent $360, that's for my membership and my girlfriend's. We personally enjoy spending a little bit extra to go to a higher caliber gym for better energy, better networking, and better workouts. For flights, I spent $1,014, and that's for the wedding that I went to for my girlfriend and I's flight, and additionally earlier in the month I flew to Atlanta to surprise my mom for Mother's Day. Even though this is the lowest dollar amount for the month of May, this one pisses me off almost the most. I spent $166 on parking. No matter where you go in Miami, you have to pay for parking or they're going to get you a ticket. I actually want to harp on that a little bit. These are small things that I miss back home, for example, large parking lots, free parking, quick trips, racetracks. Miami is definitely different. Now in regards to the hustle, the energy, the health and wellness culture here, it's phenomenal. It's great for the stage of life that I'm in, but I tell everybody, Miami is a means to an end. It's not forever. I love visiting here, I will always visit here, but personally I want to go a little north to like West Palm or Jupiter. But uh, yeah, if you move to Miami, you will naturally make more money because you have to in order to survive. And that, ladies and gentlemen, brings my grand total for the month of May for personal expenses to $14,819.
