Today was supposed to be so easy as a flight attendant. I had a turn to Mexico and back. But instead of an easy day, I had my first medical. Yeah. Been flying for two years. No issues, anyone. Even the medical upset passengers. Let me tell you what happened. Back of the plane doing my job and my number one shouts out, Code Red. So I immediately grab the AED, mushing folks out the way. I'm jumping over shoulders, being nosy and in the middle, blocking my way. So now I'm out the way. Because Colin was to do, right? I get all the way up there. I see the man laid out and my other flight attendant looking. And do you know, I kid you not, a passenger tapped my arm. All of this. She tapped my arm to get my attention. Person that needs my attention to try and hand me an empty cup with a tequila bottle in it. Stuff like this happening to flight attendants. I thought it was exaggeration. To experience a medical emergency and a passenger having the audacity to try to take the attention from the person that needs my attention to hand me trash. Anything because my eyebrow went all the way up here, letting her know, are you serious? And she's kind of leaned back like, you're right, it can wait. Your job. I lack of compassion. Like, I just, I would never in a million years think to stop a medical emergency in Mexico. I could not them folks back. Thankfully, the man, he came to. Us know that he gets, um, motion sickness, and this tends to happen to him sometimes. And what's even more annoying is the way I drove all the way to Chick-fil-A because I said, after the daylight today, I deserve some french fries and chicken fillet sauce. Today is Sunday. I'm going home. Hopefully y'all Sunday better than mine. It also, before I forget, another passenger gave all the flight attendants a Starbucks gift card and it meant the world, especially after a day like today. Was the one sweet spot that we had. So we always love our gifts. Appreciate.
