If you saw my last video you know we left Las Vegas for a vacation at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. And we kind of feel like we got scammed. I'll share the good and the bad at this all inclusive resort. Outside of Cancun. Me whether or it was worth it. The positive when you stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, you get access to their eco parks. People love to over hype this resort. Are better than Disney. I didn't think way that was true. But it is. If you enjoy adventure tourism, swim, snorkel, zipline, cliff diving, animal encounters, big shows. The parks are absolutely extraordinary. They make everything we hated about the hotel worth it. Entry to these parks independently runs $90 to about $175 dollars per person. Per park. When you stay at the hotel, you get that for free. You can also visit without being a hotel guest. The park entry cost. So you do it's worth it. The all inclusive food is good. Great as people it up to be. It's good. It's really good for an all inclusive. It's not life Michelin star level even though they say it is. It's perfectly adequate. Including options for like plant based people. And people with allergies. Now some of the things that kinda make it when you're paying thousands of dollars. You should not sit through a timeshare sales presentation! Every interaction should not involve an upsell. You should check all taken care of. That's the point of it. All inclusive. But when you check in here, they have a laminated sheet full of upgrades for you to choose from. Into a restaurant. What they have or you can buy something a little better. They have a beautiful seafood brunch. But it's $150 extra per person. Entire resort is 30 minute walk from check in to beach. No tram or cart service. Your own carrying whatever it is. Pools are crowded. If you order room service it takes hours to come up at all. In line in the heat waiting at a restaurant. Entertainment. Programming, or anything for anyone to and drink after the pools close at 8 PM. And now let's get back to Vegas. It's exclusive vibes price point. But with cruise ship quality. I'll put more details about our experience in the comments. And now let's get back to Vegas.
