I get questions almost daily about what my favorite discount bargain consignment thrift stores are in the Indianapolis area. I did a previous video about my favorite bargain stores, and now we're going to talk about my top three favorite consignment stores. Obviously, consignment is where people sell their things and then you're able to go in and shop for reasonable prices on gently used items that have typically been vetted by someone in the store. So, it's a little different from thrift but not brand new. It's still heavily discounted. So, it's like a happy medium. So, here's my top three in no particular order. Number one is Amanda's Exchange in Carmel, Indiana. I love Amanda's Exchange because they have a lot of home goods, really unique pieces at really good prices, some vintage inspired items, and the clothing they have all of my favorite brands. They have a lot of boutique items, a lot of jeans, and they usually have a seasonal section. So, I've got Christmas decor there. It was really, really cute and really affordable. Make sure you give yourself enough time if you do go check out Amanda's Exchange because they have so many different sections and so many different items, but it's definitely worth it. Number two is The Toggery in Broad Ripple. The Toggery is all clothing and shoes. They also carry some of my favorite brands, blue lemon, free people, anthropology, made well. Everything is very organized and very clean. You can also find designer brands there, so high-end designer items. So, if that's something you're looking for, I think they have such a unique selection of items and products that are heavily discounted what you would pay retail. Definitely worth checking out The Toggery as well. Number three is Uptown Cheapskate. I think there are a couple of different locations in Indianapolis. Again, all of the clothing is really well organized. I love that. I don't usually have a ton of time to go in and shop and browse. So, the fact that I can run in and go to a section and look exactly for either brand, type of product, style, a color. I love being able to do that. Oh, I forgot. Style Threads. This probably would be like my top four. Style Threads in Avon. They have really, really cute items. They had a lot of really good purses and shoes when I went last time. A lot of tops. I asked one of the employees there and she said that they get a lot of tops. So, if you're in need of a new shirt, some type of occasion, you should definitely check out Style Threads. Let me know your favorite consignment store in the Indianapolis area. Remember to shop sustainably. Shop mindfully and find what's well worth it.
