declutter tip of the day ☕️

I'm gonna hold your hand when I say this, but you do not need 50 different coffee mugs sitting in your cabinet collecting dust that you never use. I know you're thinking, you're gonna save it for when you have company that stays with you, and they might need to drink 10 cups of coffee in 10 different mugs. Stop creating hypothetical situations that are never actually gonna happen to justify the collection of coffee mugs that you have. So this is your sign to go through all of your coffee mugs today, pull all of them out, and get rid of the ones that you haven't used in a while, the ones you know you're not going to use because we know we have all those sitting in there. And you need to keep two coffee mugs per person that drinks coffee in your house, and that is it. Donate the rest of them so that someone else can actually use them that actually needs them. And guess what? Everything is gonna be okay. You can also tell everybody to stop gifting you mugs as well, because they also know you're gonna say, well, everybody gives me mugs, I need to keep them because they gave them to me. Never what if they show up one day and go through my coffee cabinet and see that I don't have anymore. Hypothetical situations never them. Get rid of all of them. And you can keep your favorite too.
