I failed nobody signed up And I'm saying it out loud because that's what building in public actually means. So for the last I've been taking everything that from corporate leadership to working at startups and and building my own brand from scratch and turning it into a program that I am beyond proud of. I've Business Visibility Blueprint and it actually started as a one-on-one offering but so many people were asking the same questions that I wanted to learn together push each other build something in community. So I turned it into nobody enrolled So this morning my chief of staff sent me a text and she was completely devastated. She literally said that she felt like she had let me down. And as she was talking I realized what I needed to say to her is exactly what I needed to hear myself. This is not a failure. This is not a failure because we learned a ton and on top of that while I was out here promoting the cohort I was actually running the blueprint with a one-on-one client in parallel and y'all it is good. Like good good. I genuinely am so proud of what we've been building over the last two months. I could blame the summer. I could say people were off traveling maybe timing wasn't right or the economy is weird. And some of that might actually be true but I'm not gonna do that because the real answer is that there were gaps in my process not in the program but in how I got it in front of the right people. And that's a completely different problem. I'm fixing the problem. I'm actually gonna be hiring a growth lead and this person is going to act as somebody who not only builds discoverability for this infrastructure but also for my agency as a whole to make sure that the people who need this actually find it. Look visibility isn't just about showing up online. It's about being findable where people are already looking. And ironically the Business Visibility Blueprint just gave me in business visibility. This is my favorite part about building in public. It's not just the wins that you share because every learning along the way is a data point too.
