Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I'm honestly geeking out right now. As somebody who is extremely, extremely visual, if I cannot see it, I cannot run it. For example, my task lists, they don't stick. My project management tools, they don't stick. My brain personally doesn't work in rows, it works in systems. So as I've been building out my business, my visibility cohort, I realized that the philosophy that I'm teaching is essentially the same philosophy that I built my entire business on. And so I thought to myself, what if I could actually visually see that? I went over to my trusty Claude Design and asked it to help me build a dashboard. What you were looking at right now is actually what I've called my strategic narrative dashboard. You're able to see every pillar that I'm building across and then everything inside those pillars, every work stream inside of those things, and then every task inside of those work streams. This is literally how my brain operates externalized. And I'm not just using it as a teaching asset for my cohort, I'm actually using it to run my business day-to-day. So that when I sit down in the morning, I don't have to wonder what to work on. I can see where everything is living, what it's attached to and what actually needs to move. Now, to be clear, my philosophy came first. I built that year over year. The dashboard just made that philosophy real and made it feel more tangible. And of course, I did use Claude Design to build this out in one sitting. So let me know in the comments if you want to see how I'm connecting this to Notion next.
