My wife picked a bottle completely at random and challenged me to make a cocktail on the spot. This is honestly one of my favorite ways to create drinks because it's very similar to what happens behind the bar when a guest says, "Make me something." As I build the cocktail, I'm constantly smelling and tasting each ingredient to make sure every addition complements what is already in the glass. It's less about following a recipe and more about letting the ingredients guide the final drink. Would you let someone pick a random bottle for you to build a cocktail with? Let me know what bottle you'd choose next! Cascara Liqueur Build 1.5 oz Cascara Liqueur 0.25 oz Mezcal 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice 0.5 oz Lime Juice 0.5 oz Honey Syrup 0.25 oz Simple Syrup 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters 2 Drops Saline (Salt + Water) See my Saline & MSG highlight for more info.
