Every client will RESPECT you if you start acting like this. 1. Stop replying instantly every single time. Let clients know you have a business to run, not that you’re waiting for their message. 2. Never start working before commitment. Respect starts when people know your time has value. 3. Don’t lower your price just because someone says it’s expensive. Explain the value or walk away. 4. Stop chasing clients who stopped replying. Follow up professionally, then move on. 5. Don’t say yes to everything. Boundaries make you look professional, not difficult. 6. Speak with confidence, not desperation. Clients trust people who believe in their own value. 7. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver. It’s better to lose a project than lose your reputation. 8. Let your work speak louder than your words. Show proof instead of making big claims. 9. Respect your own deadlines and keep your promises. Reliability builds trust faster than talent. 10. Don’t act like you need every client. The moment clients feel you have options, they respect your business more. Bonus: • Never negotiate against yourself before the client asks. • Don’t argue with difficult clients. Stay calm and professional. • Always use clear contracts, invoices, and payment terms. • Be willing to walk away from clients who don’t respect your process. If you want clients to respect you before they even pay you, you need to understand how they think, make decisions, and choose who to trust. That’s exactly what you’ll learn in The Client Code.
