Let's do this Okay so two of the most phenomena discovered when it comes to memory research are the restoff effect and Zeigarnik effect and the Zeigarnik effect which was discovered by researcher Bluma Zeigarnik refers specifically to the fact that there is a when it comes to human memory that we can better recall information about interrupted and hence incomplete tasks rather than tasks we actually complete and further phenomena that was observed when it comes to this is that we can remember problems that we never found the solution to and our brain has been wired to find the solutions to problems later on in life when the circumstances to finding those solutions are actually favorable.
