A private karaoke dinner room in Mandalay Bay? Sign me up. This is Flanker Sports Restaurant and Bar and these appetizers were to die for. And they brought out this drink tower, each with different flavors. My favorite appetizer was these foot-long mozzarella sticks. They just melted in your mouth. Then came our main courses. Steak, crispy chicken sandwiches, burgers, pigs in a blanket and so much more. I swear the food just kept on coming. Mac and cheese, onion rings, chicken, salmon, literally anything you could ask for. And that's when it was time to start hitting some karaoke, you know, I had to get up. Then for dessert, a churro sundae, vanilla bean cheesecake and pistachio ice cream. Flanker. I will definitely be back once I'm done recovering from my food coma.
