PSA for all those booking accommodation. Please book direct we love you to it. Just a little PSA to anyone booking accommodation whether it be with us or anywhere. If you find somewhere on Airbnb, booking.com, any place like that. Always try and see if you can find the place direct. Just do a bit of a Google search. Most places will have like a bit of a description about who they are and what they do. So yeah, have a good squeeze because obviously it costs us a lot of money to be on these platforms. And then we have to charge that fee. Um, we just had a booking come through for November and they've paid an astronomical amount for one night mid-week. Um, and if they had just booked direct it would have cost them like $200 less because Airbnb, um, costs literally that much for us to be on. And I get some people book on booking.com because of the free cancellation. But honestly, if you're just a nice person and you ask nicely, we're happy to offer it. So yeah, hit us up, send us an email, hit us up on TikTok. We love our direct bookings, we obviously love everyone that books with us. But if you, you know, ask for a discount code, if you're staying an extra night, you know, you're staying a little bit longer than normal, we'll give you a discounted stay. It's always worth asking. We are a family run business and we're nice people.
