Hi there. My name is Alfie and I am obsessed with becoming the girl of my dreams. When I was 19, I graduated with an honors degree in computing and at the time I wasn't quite sure which direction life was going to take me. I spent my first year post grad working a dental job as a receptionist at an art gallery, which yep, you guessed it is not what I went to school. So, frustrated, I decided to quit my job with no plan and ended up being jobless for five months. I even tried to start a business and failed and went into a deep depression and that is where everything changed. I discovered social media as creative outlet and just a way to pass time and feel better about myself and ended up making a vlog that blew up when I Escaped my little brother to university. And well, the rest is history. After months of waiting and crying, I finally got a high paying job that I actually liked and that led to so much self-discovery. I became an advocate and a founder and co-founder of two nonprofit. These things led to me getting one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world. And remember that social media, I ended up even being a social media ambassador for that scholarship. So I started working not only locally but also on a global scale. American education scholarship was such a dream come true for me and so I packed up my life in two suitcases and moved to Scotland, Aberdeen where I started studying for my masters in data science. So there I was. 23 years old on the other side of the road navigating life by myself in such a challenging course with a prestigious scholarship. Anyone maybe would want to chill but I was like, no, I'm only getting started. And during my time here in the UK, I wasn't just studying. I had dinner with the first minister of Scotland and the lady mayor of London, managed to continue running both my nonprofit and continue with my advocacy work. I got not one but two corporate jobs in social media which is something of a self-taught skill. I'm now 24. As soon to be data scientist, a writer, a mentor, a young leader, a speaker, a founder, a businesswoman and so much more. I made content surrounding lifestyle, discipline, wellness, all things women, advocacy, fashion, beauty. I'm pretty much an all-rounder. It's been two and a half years since I started this journey with you and we are now at 50,000 followers. I have monetized this craft and I intend on doing more. So if you're a young woman I hope you feel inspired that anything is possible. And if you're a brand, I think you just found the next face for your new campaign.
