i get asked all the time about how i'm able to capture, like, the perception and the dimensions of the objects in my drawings. so a big part of the process is actually just looking at the object, really observing the shape, the shadows. learning to draw what you see, not what you assume, which was something that i learnt through practice. find it really challenging to draw from my imagination, so in all of my sketches it. a big chunk of the process was just looking at the object and really figuring out just like, the dimensions of everything to the best of my abilities. but i just wanted to share that little tip.
